Account Registration

To access certain features of our Services, you must create an account. When you register, you agree to:

• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our Services.

Subscription and Payments

Billing

Credits System

Refunds

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

Acceptable Use Policy

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of any lead data provided through the Services.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LEADSGAIN BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LeadsGain and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which LeadsGain is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Services. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
